123 Organic Tequila

Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico

Blanco (Uno) Tequila

Unaged and clean with intense aromas of fresh agave. Vibrant with lemon peel, black pepper, and minerals. Smooth as silk, with a slight sweet kick on a lengthy finish, which is so easy it’s criminal. “96 Points” Tasting Panel Magazine

  • 6/750ml

Reposado (Dos) Tequila

Aged 6 months in oak, which gives it a very light color and no real hint of wood. Salted caramel, crème brûlée, and toffee notes. There’s agave on the nose, but it quickly dissipates as you head for a light dessert course, complete with minty anise finish. Most complex tequila in the lineup. “96 Points” Tasting Panel Magazine

Anejo (Tres) Tequila

After eighteen months in oak, Tres’ wood character is more prominent, and on first blush it is heady on the nose with tannin and wood oil notes. This fades after time in the glass, revealing richer versions of those characteristics in the Reposado: caramel and some chocolate notes. A lovely anejo, it really opens up when you give it time. “96 Points” Tasting Panel Magazine

Wine

Les Dauphins

Southern Rhône, France

Réserve Côtes du Rhône, Red

A generous Côtes du Rhône with aromas of blackberry and red berry fruit plus a touch of liquorice. The ample soft tannins on the full-bodied palate give this an attractively velvety mouthfeel, then comes a blast of blueberry at the generous finish.

  • 12/750ml

Réserve Côtes du Rhône, Rose

Barely medium-bodied with bright strawberry and summer-flower aromas, this is a crisp and charming Southern French rosé that is very refreshing. Attractive candied-orange character at the juicy and slightly salty finish.

  • 12/750ml

Réserve Côtes du Rhône, White

A true expression of the white varietals of the southern Rhône. This golden coloured wine releases seductive aromas of white peach and floral notes. Subtle and crisp, this wine is a concentrate of freshness!
