This Cabernet Franc exhibits all of the qualities we desire from its intense initial cedar aroma backed by a nice black currant finish to its smooth taste that lightly coats the palate with bell pepper spice and a touch of minerality. With a very golden hay hue, this Chardonnay shows aromas of ripe apricot and melon. The rich pear and fruitful light apple is rounded off by a touch of almond and vanilla from the partial oak aging. Coloradeaux

Deep garnet in the glass, the Coloradeaux offers a layered aromatic profile of dark and red fruit with a touch of smoky tobacco leaf. Structured tannins provide a beautiful backbone on the palate. Dark fruit and cocoa aromas dance with notes of black peppercorn in the glass.
