We first brewed this beer, Pastrami on Rye, in 2011. It was released in 2012. Last year, after many years, this beer came out of retirement in the best way possible – as an official collaboration with Chicago legends, Manny’s! This beer drinks like a complex brown ale, with soft smokey notes, and subtle spice. You might be surprised – it’s very drinkable for a pastrami on rye.

North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

The fruit was de-stemmed and gently pressed. The juice was cold settled for 72 hours, after which the clear juice was racked off, followed by a long cool fermentation in stainless steel to capture and enhance the pure fruit flavours. The individual parcels were fermented separately using selected yeasts before they were bottled.

North Coast Chardonnay

Fruit was night harvested resulting in slow, cold fermentations. Upon picking, grapes were destemmed and carefully pressed. The juice was cold settled over 4 days, after which the clear juice was racked off of heavy solids. The wine was fermented with a combination of stainless steel and lightly toasted French oak with full malolactic fermentation occurring naturally.

North Coast Pinot Noir

All of the fruit was gently destemmed and soaked at 50 degrees for 3 full days. Berry crushers were not utilized allowing 20% or more of the berries to remain whole. Post cold soak the tank temperature was increased to 70 degrees for the first half of fermentation and increased again to 90 degrees for the final half. Each fermentation was pumped-over twice daily with maceration from 12 to 28 days.

All of the fruit was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped-over twice daily, with the temperature peaking at 90º F. Maceration from 12 to 28 days, barrel aged 20 months. Label Art: 400

Central Coast Red Wine Blend – Adventure Pack

Aromatics jump to meet the nose with black plum, brown sugar and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, this wine has a juicy fullness with fruit-forward flavors of dark plums as well as ripe black and red cherries. The finish is mild with a spicy touch of dusty cinnamon.

Our Facebook fans were polled and overwhelmingly chose this most recently launched Bloody Orange flavor. This unfiltered addition of ACE is to honor the owner, Jeffrey House’s wife who played Brea Tonnika in the cantina scene in the original Star Wars. Her picture is featured on the bottleneck. This cider comes in a clear bottle so you can see the vivid orange hue. ACE SpACE Bloody Orange is out of this world!
